This page shows the status of the equipment (including a wireless access point) required to complete the cache. It is updated every hour, on the hour and each time there is a change in status.

For "Think Toorak Think Safe" and "Toorak Primary Wifi": The most important status item for completing the cache is the SSID. If this is up, then, even if you can not connect to the Access Point, you will be able to see the SSID (wireless network name), and the cache can be completed.
For "Hanging Around in Toorak": The status items you need to complete the cache are - "SSID" and the "HAIT System Status" to both be OK.
